Im 13 and my mom wants me to try to find her a desk online since Im taking hers. I've tried kmart, target, ikea and im not sure where else to look. No black or white, mostly in oak or an off-white. Any ideas?

Hello. I am redoing my room and all of my furniture is white. I am having many troubles finding a white corner desk to go along with my other funiture. Also, the other thing is I am on a budget and cannot go over it. I am only allowed to buy stuff for my room and it has to total up to $100. I want to buy other things with that money, but also need a corner desk. I am willing to pay for one under $40... $45 at the least! Please help!!!!

I'm redoing my room and have a $400 budget (thats how much my parents are giving me, if i make some $ then I can add to the budget) This is for the cost of furniture only, not including tax and shiping&handiling. Right now all I have is a bed! (My desk was so old that it was falling apart! The leg on my desk just fell off!) And my dressers paint is chiping and looks terrible! My room has been a working progress for a while. I have a blue and green striped bed-spread (PBTeen and it's not dark), and a white corner desk and white desk chair. I have my mom's chair in the corner and it's a dark-ish blue color with a green floral ottoman. Also, I have a dog bed (but I want a new one that would match my room and I want it in a nice color). I also have a mirror that hangs and it is tall. Then I have my closet. My room is not very big but it's okay. I have a queen bed and a bedboard that is blue. My room will fit about 1 and 1/3 queen beds (going the long way) wide and then about 3 (short way) across. So it is long and not very wide. I have yellow walls and I want to add orange as a main color. I also want to include a lot of other colors as mini-accessories. I love photographs in my room (black and white, as well as color). I want a huge one of me and then a lot of others with floral, locations, actors/musicians/models(!), me and friends and lots more. I love accessories. And I read loads so I need a place for my books (I was thinking maybe a book shelf that hangs above my desk like a hutch kind of). Please give me a lot of new ideas and websites that will help. I would also like a desk that has drawers or spaces to put baskets that won't look too messy. I am looking to spend under $300.00. Any ideas? My girlfriend and I are shopping for a corner computer desk but our wall to put it on only gives so much room...but we don't know where the width is measured from, that way we know that particular side of the desk fits. Is it measured from one edge to the corner? Both of those lengths added together? Edge to edge?

Would this combination look odd together? would it be better to have them in line together leaving a 10cm gap at the back or the other way so the gap is at the front?

I'm moving into an apartment with two other people, and will be living in a room that has a great deal less space than where I currently am so I need to find a fairly good quality corner desk that won't take up the whole room. I've looked around some websites (target, walmart, etc.) but those are either too large or too small. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I want to get a corner a desk to put in my room. An L shaped one. However, I don't know exactly how to measure it? From one of end of the desk to the wall is about 40 inches, and from the other corner to the end of the desk is about 35 inches. But when I look at the corner desks online there are only 3 dimensions. So how big of a desk can I really get? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What makes any desk more ergonomically correct than other desks? What in specific am i looking for when shopping for an ergonomically correct desks?

I was just walking around the corner of the desk at work and hit the top side of my stomach against the corner. It hurt but then went away and it doesn't hurt now. But it was in a spot that I can normally feel her move...I am not sure what she pokes out at that spot, but I can normally feel her there. What are the chances that I have somehow harmed her?

I have a cool and funky lime green naugahyde wingback chair i found that i had to have, but it does not go with the sage green and black couch i have, so i am looking for a new couch but do not know what color to get. my livingroom has a subtle black asian influence with a asian style chunky coffee table and end table and black computer armoire. any help would be appreciated, i like white but have pets, and someone also suggested reds but not sure. my wall color is wise owl, which is in the beige family and the flooring is oak hardwood.
